About the Role: To support our growth, we are hiring for an entrepreneurial, highly-organized and detail-oriented entry-level Recruiting Coordinator to join us on this amazing journey. In this role you will leverage prior customer service experience to create an exceptional candidate journey at Hinge Health. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates to coordinate the end to end interview process, address scheduling challenges as they arise, and provide updates in a timely manner. You will also have the opportunity to support operational excellence and improvement initiatives for on-the-job career growth and development. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days/week. What You'll Accomplish Manage an effective coordination process for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers that will enable scaling of our recruiting processes Ensure that we are providing the best candidate experience throughout the candidate journey Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within our ATS Contribute to continuous improvement of our hiring process Administer background checks in partnership with third-party vendor Basic Qualifications 6+ months of full-time professional experience 1+ years of customer service experience Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in recruiting coordination or administrative work Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System Proven ability to strive in a fast paced, multi-task environment Ability to be flexible and able to navigate through changing priorities and evolving recruiting need Strong intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness with a bias for action Excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail and problem-solving skills What You'll Love About Us Inclusive healthcare and benefits: On top of comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, we offer employees and their family members help with gender-affirming care, tools for family and fertility planning, and travel reimbursements if healthcare isn’t available where you live.
