The Role As a Quality Compliance Specialist, you will provide support to the Quality, Regulatory, & Compliance functions in varying areas, including providing compliance support to internal & external customers, managing postal audit responses, supporting customer remote audits, performing internal audits, and compliance system administration. What You'll Do Manage audit questionnaire program Perform internal audits of quality key process areas Provide Compliance support for customers, both internal and external Provide support for customer audits Compliance system administration Support quality assurance unit oversight and activities across product lines Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field 1+ years experience in a regulated quality role (GXP regulations, quality systems, ISO) Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) Strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience of engaging culturally diverse groups Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities Nice to Have Understanding of principles of computer system validation #RemoteUK Veeva’s headquarters is located in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in more than 15 countries around the world.
