We need a strong Program Manager to lead us through a major transformation, so you need a proven track record of success to ensure we meet our goals. In this role you will be expected to quickly come up to speed to support the next phase of the Next Generation PLM+ project. Your leadership and management skills will be essential in developing our strategic roadmap, facilitating collaborative planning, enforcing program governance, managing a large program team, and managing the day to day program assignments and activities. Description Description Primary responsibilities include: - Defining fiscal year strategy, scope, budget and resource - Developing and maintaining the fiscal year project plan and providing regular status updates - Implementing program governance and controls - Running third party resource, which includes defining the statement of work, onboarding, ensuring dedication and approving invoices - Presenting to all levels of the organization - Managing the activities and due dates of a large cross functional team to keep the project on track - Facilitating collaborative planning sessions and meetings and sending meeting minutes - Building trust and strong rapport with internal team and multi-functional partners Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Executive level presentation experience Experience successfully managing large enterprise software programs Bachelors Degree + 10 years of relevant experience Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Capable of influencing and collaborating across all levels of the organization Ability to craft and deliver clear and effective presentations Strong work ethic with an ability to prioritize effectively and work independently Ability to succeed at both a strategic and tactical level Demonstrate ownership and accountability Demonstrate initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong business insight and customer focus Innovative and strategic approach to problem solving Ability to collect and summarize meeting minutes effectively Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $282,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
