Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.As a Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of components and services used to deliver mission-critical platform features. You will also manage a team of developers responsible for building and maintaining several core platform services related to users, organizations, locations, and several other services within Genesys Cloud. These services represent highly reliable and highly available critical APIs that are a core component to driving the contact center experience..You will work in a fast-paced, startup culture, where our environment is one of continuous change, innovation and experimentation. You will work with established and cutting-edge technologies like Java, Python, Kafka, Redis, GoLang, and various AWS Services to build on our micro-service Cloud architecture.
