As Key Account Manager for Corporate and Enterprise for PC Solutions you will be responsible to maintain and grow our key accounts in Norway. You’ll represent our market leading PC Solutions portfolio to your accounts, building, maintaining and winning relationships with them and their respective business partners including creating and responding to RFP's. Our candidate needs to have huge drive, enthusiasm, a ‘can do’ mentality and develop a passion for HP and HP products. Our winning employees always go the extra mile.What the role is about: You will be responsible to maintain and grow the key accounts in Norway and you’ll be cooperating with the sales organization in the CEP (Corporate, Enterprise & Public sector) team on sales activities and follow-up of customers agreements.You will establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.You contribute to proposal development, negotiations and deal closings.You’ll be also working with the category department (Product Specialists) and technical consultants (Presales) who advise clients on relevant technology areas and assist with adapting solutions to the needs of the customers, where these require more in-depth expertise.Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position HP's products and services better.Core responsibilitiesEstablishes a professional working relationship up to executive level with the client.Demonstrate leadership and initiative in successfully driving the business in accounts – prospecting, negotiating and closing deals.Demonstrate strong experience in driving activities and new businesses development;Understand the role of IT within the assigned accounts and how HP’s computing solutions differentially address customer needs.Solid financial acumen and ability to manage deal P&L, drive strong growth at the right margin level.Collaborate with management, category, sales operation and sales specialist teams to ensure seamless integration that maximizes sales productivity and customer satisfaction.Cultivate & maintain positive relationships with customers and partners to ensure account retention & growth, position HP as the preferred vendor for meeting all business needs.Your Education and Experience Required:University or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Strong business understanding and advanced sales experience.Can document achievement of progressively higher quota, experience with diversity of business customers, and higher-level customer interface.Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.The TeamWe are 70 people in the office in HP Norway.
