Lead Business Analyst

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our Product Operations team in Belgrade. You would be reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Operations. We would love to speak with you have skills in SQL & Power BI.About you-experience, education, skills and accomplishments​ 7+ years of previous experience in an analytically-intensive role such as business intelligence, data analytics, product management or corporate strategy7+ years of working with Excel and PowerPoint3+ years of R, SQL, and/or Python experience3+ years of using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)It would be great if you also have… Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative fieldsKnowledge of or prior experience with subscription-based businesses or the intellectual property vertical.What will you be doing in this role? Define and meet stakeholder requirements for customer usage metrics and processes.Turn raw customer usage data into insights, recommendations, dashboards, and reports.Study customer usage data to proactively identify opportunities for driving higher usage, product improvements, new business, increased retention, and price increases.Investigate and tackle unstructured problems and hypotheses and answer them with analyses that tell a story focused on insights and recommendations, not just data.Develop and implement streamlined and recurring reporting processes to proactively flag and address customer usage-related opportunities and issues.Oversee the continuous improvement of existing usage systems by working with technology and product to enable more granular usage metrics delivered in real-time through interactive, customized dashboards with self-serviceability.About the team As a Lead Business Analyst, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product, content, pricing and technology.
