We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Litigation Products Team in Belgrade. This person will cover a colleague who is going on a maternity leave and have a fixed term contract. About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And AccomplishmentsAt least 3 years of experience working as an AnalystAt least 3 years of experience with SQL & PowerBI and/or Tableau (for data visualization)Proficiency in English languageIt would be great if you also have . . . Python data analysis skillsExperience in data warehousingExcellent analytical & problem-solving skillsAbility to manipulate and analyze large datasets and draw meaningful insightsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar degree in a quantitative science or at least 4 years of work experience providing the same backgroundWhat you will be doing in this role?Creating SQL queries for data extraction; Turning raw data into insights by creating data visuals as service deliverables; Creating spreadsheets as service deliverables;Creating visual dashboards and performing data extraction to: 1) Support prospecting, webinars, presentations, thought leadership; 2) Automate services deliveries;Collaboration with the content team in order to assure quality of data delivered to clients; Collaboration with IP litigation expert colleagues for assistance in IP litigation matters for services delivery; Estimate workload to ensure successful and timely delivery of services; Work in a timely manner to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with requirements; Ensuring that project trackers are up-to-date;Providing internal feedback to supervisor on opportunities to improve quality or processes; May perform data extraction and data analysis to assess quality of data in the context of incident management; Further related tasks required to ensure timely and delivery of high-quality services to clientsProduct you will be supportingThe Litigation Products team (aka Darts-ip) is focused on delivering our unique litigation content throughout Clarivate platforms and constantly improving our dataset. In addition, we are constantly engaged in the research and development of new products and AI (machine learning models) to improve or leverage this content.About the Team You will be part of the Litigation Products team, supporting multiple products that leverage the Darts-ip dataset as well as the Darts-ip database itself. The Product team has around 10 members, located in Asia (S.
