Job DescriptionDrive the design, optimisation, and implementation of BlueYonder Supply Chain Planning software solutions for customers, utilising industry best practices and process methodologies.Apply functional domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how the BlueYonder solutions can be configured and delivered to best meet customer requirements/business problemLead solution design workshops to ensure clear construct and requirements are understood to accurately assess tasks and timeline.Manage requirement gathering / design phases of the project to ensure minimal scope creep.Identify were new requirements are being requested and discuss with Project leaders how to manage change requests Conduct internal testing prior to deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to our steady state associates and setting the customer up for successDelivers project transition into BAU including complete solution design documentation, knowledge transfer to support teams, "Go Live" checklistsSupport all phases of customer testing ensuring customers comprehensively test the products to ensure smooth deployment.Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfaction.Assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmaps.Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements.Be the voice of the customer internally to BlueYonder Retrospectively assess the project with other stakeholders and ensure any lessons learned are taken forward to ensure faster time to value in further projects  Our ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
