This role is a great opportunity to have direct impact on employee lifecycle and experience through supporting with onboarding, offboarding, partnering with key HR Stakeholders and enhancing the employee experience. The HR Shared Services Specialist will be the main point of contact for all HR inquiries from initial requests through fulfilment and will partner with our local and regional talent teams to identify solutions and resolve employee issues in a timely fashion. You will be expected to be independent and proactive, with a customer service mindset and great stakeholder management skills. This role will support areas of EMEA and APJ and will also support with the Global processes. Your day-to-day:Triaging cases via our service management system and shared inboxes and providing resolution in a timely manner and meeting the SLAs, to our employees and various internal and external stakeholdersEnsure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee systems and processesSupport with onboarding, offboarding and employee life cycle processes and queriesPartner with the Benefits, Payroll, HRBPs, Immigration and compliance team in delivering the best customer service but also partner in various projectsProvide testing support for Workday updated releases, integration changes and new functionality rolloutsActively participate in implementation of new policies and processesHelp create, author and manager the HR Shared services knowledgebaseProcess a variety of HR transaction, ensuring compliance and integrity throughout the system Be able to provide reports and data analysis on requestMaintain discretion in matters of confidentiality at all timesWhat you bring to the teamExperience working within a HR Shared Services hub, ideally tech company but not a mustStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint and other tools that help eliminate manual steps from HR processes by automating and integrating to ensure greater operational efficiencyTeam player but also able to work individuallyExceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentKeen to learn and expand the knowledge and skillsWhy ProofpointProtecting people is at the heart of our award-winning cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.
