This is an exciting time to be a part of a rapidly growing part of Workday's business!About the RoleWe are looking for a Workday Success Plans Content Creator passionate about software who will support and execute on the vision and strategy for content and services that inspire our customers, build customer engagement and collaboration, influence renewability, and prepare our customers for ongoing success with Workday. You will work in collaboration to define and adhere to an inspiring WSP content roadmap within the Workday suite of products, passionate about our customers’ desired business outcomes. Success will be measured by growing product and feature adoption, reducing product attrition, and positively impacting Workday’s customer satisfaction rating.Other Responsibilities:In partnership with the other Product Managers and Consulting SMEs, structure technical approaches to solving customers’ business needs into concise outlines for webinars, and create engaging speaker notes, as well as webinar titles and learning pointsCoordinate and drive content development of assigned content, ensuring design milestone dates and handoffs are met while adhering to all content standards and style guidesPresent on topics related to future planned content, consumption metrics, and project workMonitor key success measures such as customer attendance and consumption of created and existing contentSupport the delivery of outstanding product adoption and retention programs, and serve as a brand ambassador for Workday Success PlansAbout YouOur ideal candidate is someone with experience putting themselves in the audience’s shoes to build webinars and technical documentation focused on supporting adoption and ongoing usage of software features and tools. This role will work with Workday Consultants to understand how these features and tools support our customers’ business goals of integrating Workday data with external vendors and systems. You should have a deep appreciation for customers and a passion to deliver high quality solutions and content that they will find invaluable.Basic Qualifications1-3 years of experience working with SMEs to turn technical concepts into engaging webinar content and written documentation, preferably in the SaaS industryBackground in software integration concepts like XML, APIs, and Web Services strongly preferredOther QualificationsBS / BA degree in relevant field or equivalent work experienceProven ability to communicate technical information and concepts in an engaging manner to a technical audienceExcellent communicator in English with solid attention to detail with all customer facing materialsStrong writer, with excellent storytelling, and communication skillsA relentless drive to make things happen, bringing creative recommendations and solutions to problemsHas a continuous learning approach and takes personal ownership for ongoing learning and growthBuilds positive relationships and leverage connections to get the job doneExcellent collaborator - we are a team of dedicated individuals with very strong comraderyWilling to travel up to 10% if business needs requireOur Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
