This Senior Marketing Manager will own and lead the executive engagement strategy and execute the program, in collaboration with sales leadership & extendedstakeholders. They will also own and lead the team responsible for creating and delivering our flagship events and experiences in APJ. This includes leading the Creative Studio in region. They will:Serve as the primary contact between Adobe Executive Team, SalesLeadership & customer executives (including related supporting staff) in support of buildingand maintaining relationshipsDetermine, deliver and manage the cadence and content of internal and customer-readyprogram communicationsCollaborate with multiple business leaders across the company to translate business needsinto unique executive engagementsHelp build successful and repeatable program frameworks for executive customerengagementDeliver all work with the clear goal to delight executive customers and internal partnersalike, nurturing levels of engagementProject manage strategic programs and activations on time, quality, and budgetRegularly review key marketing metrics related to the events with Sales and Marketingleaders, developing action plans to address gaps.Develop and deliver regular executive-appropriate reporting in partnership with Analystteam, to represent Executive Engagement Program performance against establishedtargets including audience engagement and persona type.Adobe is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative action employer.
