We are now looking for a Sr Manager General Account Sales within our EMEA NVIDIA Sales Center (NSC). This is an exciting position, charged with managing, coaching and developing an existing and successful account management function of over 10+ FTEs, including a mix of both Early in career High Potential Sales as well as more experienced General Account Sales Managers.You will be representing NVIDIA's award-winning portfolio of Hardware and Software solutions in visualization and AI, and the primary remit of the team is leading existing clients and generating both growth and “new logos”. You will be working in a vibrant team of like-minded professionals with a variety of skills, providing a place to learn and grow your expertise and the opportunity to specialize in an area of your choosing.What you’ll be doing:Set performance standards, establish metrics, and monitor team performance.Apply existing sales management tools and systems to lead the team, supervise key objectives and report out on key performance indicators.Regularly communicate key findings and trends that are impacting the businessActively participate in defining teams strategy, staffing, growth and geo coverage in accordance with business growth prioritiesEducate early in career General Account Sales in sales and closure strategies, pipeline management, opportunity management and career planning/developmentProvide ongoing mentoring and development of NSC team, and lead this team to become valued contributors to NVIDIA's customer penetration and growthWorking with cross regional EMEA based sales teams, regular travel is required.What we need to see: We are interested in hearing from Sales Leaders with experience and a proven track record in:University Graduate - at least Bachelor's degree level5+ years of experience, working within an (Inside) Sales Leadership, or other relevant Leadership capacity.10+ years of overall experienceDevising and implementing sales strategiesLeading and coaching a 2nd line and 3rd line management structureWorking collaboratively across Customer Success and Sales Enablement to ensure a Customer Centric approach at all timesYou will be driven, self-motivated, high-reaching and with a very consultative, customer-centric sales methodology.An understanding of multi-tiered channel modelsExperience with common sales and business tools including SFDC, Outlook, PowerPointWays to stand out from the crowd:Knowledge of enterprise segments and markets in which NVIDIA plays (data centre, AI, professional visualization, virtualization)Excellent sales and business management skillsExecutive level communication and sales skillsExperience managing and closing complex sales cyclesProven leadership, mentoring, and coaching skillsNVIDIA is committed to encouraging a diverse work environment and proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
