Senior Financial Analyst-Business FinanceDescription -Job DescriptionIn Commercial Org and CO Finance Team, we manage spend planning, budgeting, forecasting, actuals tracking, analysing, decision making, tracking transformation savings, return on investments. We also provide business and financial consulting, drive process improvements, digital transformation and ensure process compliance.Currently we are looking for an aspiring Senior Financial Analyst with great enthusiasm to learn and contribute in Finance Planning, Analytics and TransformationMain responsibilities are:Provides highly complex financial analysis, typically exercising a strong understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving organisational objectivesDrive strong financial results and be key player to contribute to best capacity on behalf of the teamRevenue Recognition as per accounting principleStrong executive presence and representation of the team in Management forumsFinancial planning and forecasting including long term planningLead monthly forecast reviewsTrack the T1/T2 Inventory and WOS.Working as business partner and trusted Finance advisor in terms of taxation matters like GST.Analyzing month’s performance in all parameters of revenue and cost, providing a Story Behind the Numbers to Business teams as well as to CO finance teamsMonth end spend variance analysis (Budget vs Actual/Flash vs Actual/Expected exit vs Actual)Story behind the numbersProject Management and process improvementsAutomation Knowledge ( PowerBI, Macro)Working with business for deciding SKU wise margin and pricing model for the categories to ensure category profitability.
