Entry Desktop Launch ManagerDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for working cross functionally to drive a successful launch of the entry desktop workstations. Launch Manager will be the subject matter expert in all things launch related and positioning the product and accompanying solutions to enable sales.Responsibilities• Leads cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of introduction plans for the entry desktop workstation category.• Develops and owns a comprehensive GTM scorecard/dashboard, including associated metrics, goals, and benchmarks.• Leads the development of closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs, and identifies and executes indicated actions.• Develops and defines customer segmentation strategies at a global scale, tailoring PSS experiences to different customer segments.• Assists in the development of advanced sales training materials to empower the sales force and keeping the customer first mindset.• Partners with sales senior management in retailer/reseller account calls/development to strengthen relationships and drive sales.• Brings a collaborative approach and mindset to the team, fostering teamwork and team environment. • Become a subject matter expert on products and have the ability to create stories around products aligned with launch themes. • Owns key pillar with regards to security, sustainability, performance, reliability, AI, etc. • Customer first approach in developing sales enablement tools. • Approaches workload and scope with a continuous improvement mindset, with goal to drive positive change and reduce inefficiencies. • Open to using AI as a way to reduce time spent on repetitive tasks (creating space for more value-added work), to enhance workflows, drive efficiencies, and other creative ways. • Provides mentorship and guidance to team members, thus, ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & Skills• Agile Methodology• Analytics• Business Development• Business Strategies• Business To Business• Customer Relationship Management• Data Analysis• Digital Marketing• Go-to-Market Strategy• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Market Research• Marketing• Marketing Strategies• New Product Development• Product Management• Product Marketing• Product Strategy• Project Management• Thought Leadership• Value PropositionsCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.Complexity• Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
