Creative Project ManagerWe are looking for a Hyderabad-based Creative Project Manager who can join our central global Brand team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on various brand projects that support our growing global business. We would love to speak with you if you have project management experience and a comprehensive understanding of the creative process.Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, the Creative Project Manager is a key liaison between the team and internal and external partners. They are responsible for successfully completing and timely delivering creative projects, driving them from brief to concept, iterations, sign-off, and final delivery. As an expert planner, this person will scrutinize project briefs, develop them into clearly defined project plans, coordinate and attend meetings, and determine and secure suitable resources.About you – experience, education, skills, and accomplishmentsGraduate/Postgraduate in any disciplineAt least 7 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management, vendor management etc.Experience working with creatives and a thorough understanding of the creative processExperience managing UX projects, particularly website design deliveryExperience working on digital campaigns, with the ability to plan and execute creative deliveryExperience using project management tools and developing processes for their use and integration with other toolsExperience with the Microsoft suite, Wrike (or similar) and Studio management toolsExperience working with global teamsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey project details, expectations, and feedback to various internal and external stakeholdersAdditional skillsExperience in video production projects is highly desirable, with the ability to oversee all stages from concept to final deliveryExperience in managing brand identity/rebranding projects is desirable but not essentialProfessional project management qualification/certification is desirable but not essentialWhat will you be doing in this role?Create clear, concise and detailed project plans, including the creation of Gantt charts, to both execute creative projects effectively and monitor their progressLead project kick-offs involving all relevant parties, driving the agenda and keeping the discussion on the topicPlan and book resourcesOrganize project teams, which may be geographically disparateManage multiple projects with multiple deadlines, ensuring all are completed according to time and budget schedulesMaintain effective communication, keeping the team up-to-date with regular status reportsIdentify, communicate and manage project dependencies and risksMaster time management – adjust and communicate schedules, ensuring all parties remain on pointMonitor and analyze team performance and spendAbout the TeamThe Brand team is a dedicated, passionate, and welcoming group of talented individuals worldwide.
