Lead Treasury Analyst

Clarivate’s Global Treasury are hiring for a new Lead Treasury Analyst based in Jersey, Channel Islands. The role will report into the Director, Treasury also based in Jersey. This new role will be key to Treasury operations with a variety of transactional responsibilities including payments, foreign exchange, KYC and query resolution. The role will be a hybrid role with a minimum of 2-3 days in the office. The ideal candidate will be someone with great banking and payments knowledge who is looking for a change, and to broaden their experience outside of a bank environment. This role will offer an interesting variety of Treasury work and an energetic and resourceful individual will be the perfect fit.About You – experience, education, skills and accomplishments..5+ years experience working in a treasury or banking positionConfidence using Microsoft ExcelAbility to prioritize and work in a time-sensitive environmentBackground of understanding risk factors in banking and treasurySelf-starter with strong problem solving skillsIt would be great if you also had…Experience in Treasury, banking, payments and FXExperience in a large global services organization working with multiple jurisdictionsFamiliarity with bank portals and KYC requirementsWorking knowledge of basic accounting principlesWhat will you be doing in this role?Initiating and releasing payments in various banking systemsMonitoring the high-risk payment processFX trading and related accountingManaging Clarivate group system FX ratesCompiling FX trade reportingMonitoring funding requirements and executing intercompany paymentsGathering cashflow data for distribution to Treasury management teamWorking with the CoSec department to complete KYC documentation relating to group bank accountsWorking with internal and external contacts to answer banking related queriesAssisting the Treasury Director with ad-hoc projects and preparation for meetings as requiredAbout the TeamYou will be working as part of the global Treasury Team. We currently have 10 Treasury Team Members across the world based in China (1), India (2), the UK/Jersey (4) and the US (3). Clarivate Treasury is a centralised function and our global team works together to achieve the Clarivate group goals.
