Across Australia and New Zealand, we deliver the best all-round entertainment offering, with international headline concert tours, intimate boutique music events, family entertainment, comedy, festivals and much more.The role:The Ticketing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support, related to ticketing operations, for the wider Ticketing team.Key Responsibilities:Support administrative tasks related to Ticketing operations, including (but not limited to) data entry, maintaining documentation, ticket fulfillment and providing assistance with ticketing-related customer service enquiriesPrepare and distribute various ticket sales reporting requirementsManage internal staff ticket request processesProvide assistance to the Ticketing Director and Ticketing Manager’s with day-to-day Ticketing operations as requiredManage the ticketing process for club/ small theatre tours from end to end through booking on-sale plans, completing ticket builds, managing on-sale periods, overseeing event day/night and post-event settlementManage, fulfill and report on all ticket inventory – management of sales, availabilities, holds, complimentary tickets, partner tickets, VIPs, house seats, industry tickets, venue holds, on sellers etc. Guest lists and management at venues as required, including box office issues, venue/seating inspections, attendance reports, tour management tickets and reportsMaintain day-to-day external relationships with ticket agents, venues, artist agents, partners etc. influencing commercial outcomes for Live Nation as it relates to ticket allocationsWhat do we offer?Ticket perks to our eventsFlexible working environmentHealth & wellbeing activities and programs, including free counsellingInvestment in your personal career development and trainingTo be part of an innovative and exciting business!Sound like the role for you?
