The position resides within our shipping product organization and will be responsible for owning delivery experiences for our customers, incubating new and growing existing products. These are cutting-edge products that millions of customers interact with in real-time at global scale.To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a balance in guiding and influencing the vision of market leaders globally and leading execution with analytics, design, data science and engineering teams.Deep understanding in the areas of user experience and e-commerce are preferred.What you will accomplish:Own eBay delivery experiences and bring continuous improvements to customer experience encompassing both buyer and seller interactions with shipping on our ecommerce platformResponsible for providing insights on product performance and customer behavior to senior leadership teams at a regular cadenceIdentify innovative growth opportunities based on insights and build momentum behind them by bringing along executive leadership teams and business partners within the companyWork closely with stakeholders to come up with quantitative analysis clearly articulate complex ideas into clear, usable recommendationsWhat you will bring:Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in product management roles in technology companies with growing scope and responsibilities, two-sided marketplace experience preferredStrong product management skills: work with the larger cross-functional team to define the team’s product strategy, business strategy, operation plan and detailed roadmapProven track record of using data driven decision and insights to drive product roadmaps and outcomes in leading technology companiesProficient in statistical computing/data mining software including SQL, Tableau, Excel pivot tableauAbility to thrive in a cross-functional environment while balancing multiple responsibilities, scoping projects, evaluating priorities, and effectively working well within a teamAbility and confidence in quantitative analysis, data visualization and data mining to tell the story behind numbers and derive practical insightsAbility to develop product insights using data including funnel analysis, customer behavior analysis, cohort analysis etc. and provide recommendations on product improvement and growthThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below.$149,200 - $234,850Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
