MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented  Sales Analyst II  to join the  Sales Team ! Individual reports to  SVP, Indirect Sales. Role is  remote - must reside in the United States. ABOUT THE ROLE The Sales Analyst II will be a part of the Sales team working closely with Sales Management and Business Intel/Analytics teams to gather data from internal and external sources, generate Ad-Hoc & Recurring reports, provide insightful analysis on how the business is performing and to identify new opportunities to further grow the business.  Your usual day of awesomeness includes:    Conduct in-depth, multi-channel analyses to assess channel performance, identify change drivers and surface growth opportunities for both Ultra Mobile and Mint Mobile. Analyze promotional programs and initiatives to determine efficiency and ways to increase sales performance. Create, update and share out program performance reporting and make recommendations for improvement. Analyze inventory and POS sales data from National Retailers to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and present complex business data in easily consumed reports, dashboards and visualizations. Work with business stakeholders to determine reporting requirements and translate them into actionable data reports and analysis. Provide data-based projections and guidance for overall forecasting, including future promotion performance. Assist with ad-hoc commissions analysis and reporting as required. Provide a competitive analysis of products and programs within the Indirect Sales channel. Create, modify and update reporting based on management needs. Pull lists for retailer and customer segmentation analysis, perform analysis and create insights. Brainstorm, identify, scope and implement testing methodology for the Indirect Sales channel. Work with appropriate teams to monitor data quality to identify and resolve data issues. Perform reporting, analysis and research as required. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years in a reporting and data analytics position. Previous experience with sales analytics in wireless industry preferred but not required. Equivalent combination of education and experience. Expert Microsoft Excel skills required, Advanced Microsoft Access & PowerPoint skills preferred. SQL query development and data analysis skills and experience required. Experience with Salesforce preferred. Ability to work through a problem logically, identify root causes, provide practical effective solutions while being detailed and process oriented. A proven track record of collaboration, working with cross-functional teams to establish needs and execute tasks. Strong communication skills, specifically with presenting to senior executives. A self-starter who can work without continuous supervision and is highly organized. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Effective analytical and problem solving skills.
