Job Overview: We are currently seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Talent Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of recruiting, from scheduling interviews and handling logistics,  maintaining data accuracy in our systems, and supporting administrative parts of our talent programs. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Coordination and scheduling: Coordinate a high volume of interviews, including phone and virtual, between candidates and hiring teams Candidate Communication: Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and necessary information ATS Management: Assist with reviewing job requisition details, job postings, recruiting plans, and offer details. Generate reports and complete regular audits to maintain data integrity and accuracy in our systems Candidate and Interviewer Experience: Collect and analyze candidate and interviewer feedback to develop and implement strategies to improve stakeholder experience Basic Qualifications: At 1 year of full-cycle recruiting coordination experience in a high-volume role, supporting both technical as well as non-technical teams  Experience scheduling remote interviews with stakeholders across multiple timezones Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills— you are highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is required Strong written and verbal communication skills You are kind, warm, and thoughtful— as you'll represent the company and interact with thousands of candidates Working hours expectations:   In this role, a flexible work schedule will be provided to effectively accommodate the varying needs of our global team. As the job requires supporting multiple regions, working hours will be adjusted to correspond with different time zones (EMEA/APAC). Fixed hours will also be in place to ensure smooth operations during critical time periods.
