If you'd like to build the world's best deep learning cloud, join us. *Note: This position requires presence in one of our San Francisco Bay Area office locations (Currently San Jose, expanding to Peninsula/SF) 4 days per week; Lambda’s designated work from home day is currently Tuesday. What You'll Do Work with recruiters and interview teams to schedule all phone/virtual interviews, prep calls, and candidate debriefs  Work cross functionally with internal teams and interviewers to coordinate all candidate interactions Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed Identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline workflows Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns as they arise Oversee the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all candidates You Have 2-3 years of recruiting coordination, executive assistant or related coordination experience Are comfortable working in dynamic work environments Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail Have demonstrated ATS experience Are proficient with GSuite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets) Are able to effectively communicate verbally and in written form with teammates, stakeholders, and candidates Have strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Enjoy using your keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in recruitment coordination activities such as scheduling interviews, managing candidate data, and coordinating logistics Pride yourself on your strong problem-solving skills and use them to identify issues or blockers in recruitment processes and develop effective solutions to address them Are flexible and able to navigate changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and evolving recruitment needs Have a demonstrated commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience and delivering high-quality service to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders Nice to Have Experience working at a start-up Experience in the machine learning or computer hardware industry Salary Range Information  Based on market data and other factors, the salary range for this position is $68,000 - $90,000.
