Design and develop advanced software systems and applications. Understand the technical challenges and propose engineering solutions to overcome the hurdles and limitations. Provide technical expertise and direction on application architecture, drive and use best engineering practices to initiate, plan, and execute on software development projects. Work with stakeholders and customers to understand the business requirements. Work with internal teams to define infrastructure interfaces and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand interdependencies. Gather and document technical requirements and specifications. Ensure that software systems have high availability, scalability, and reliability. Work with peer engineers to continuously improve the quality of the software deliverable under development, support existing releases, and participate in software validation. 40 hours/week.
