Provide process assessments, facilitate customer meetings, training, implementation, mentoring, as well as create documentation and customer deliverables. Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.ResponsibilitiesLead implementation consulting engagements with customersContribute to sales and business development so that customers understand the value of consulting serviceProvide support to Sales/Business Development to help customer understand the value of engaging consulting resources; provide support to Solutions Architects and Business Development in developing customer proposalsAnalyzing the current situation and setting up a hypothetical model of the ideal state, then identifying gaps and proposing solutionsApply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflowsGuide customers in the best application of Autodesk products; define and document detailed use casesCollaborates with customers (external) and consulting groups (internal) to resolve any technical issuesDrive and confirm adoption and consumption through presentations, tests, training and mentoring of solution detailsProvides feedback to global consulting groups on client experience for product and process improvements(May) develop systems architecture, develops and tests codes and implements solutions(May) develop custom modules using various technical skills including programming knowledge. This includes working with customers on a 3rd party solution or train customer’s programmers on customizing Company solutionMinimum QualificationsAt least 3 years' experience as an implementation consultant for design and manufacturing solutions such as PLM, ERP and MES in the automotive or manufacturing industriesUnderstanding of digital transformation (DX) and digital twin in the manufacturing industryExperience in Structured Analysis of business data and Use Case analysis of business workflowIT knowledge of web applications, cloud, databases, etcExcellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese and EnglishGood understanding of the business of the software industryInnovative, creative thinker with a strong business acumenWell-organized, goal-oriented, collaborative, and responsible style of work, able to manage multiple projects at one time while displaying an outstanding customer focusExcellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English#LI-JA1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
