As a Territory Adoption Specialist within the Autodesk Emerging Business organization, retaining and expanding our construction customers is one of our most important tasks. Within Emerging Business Customer Success, we understand that enabling adoption of our cloud solutions and fulfilling our customers' results is critical to building lasting relationships with our customers and driving revenue for Emerging Business.You will report to the Territory Adoption Manager. This is an important role to driving retention of our most at-risk accounts by providing guidance and resources directly to customers or by supporting our partners. You will be the main driver for product adoption, expanding your network within the customer to identify and build repeatable adoption plays by collecting product data, customer feedback and analyzing patterns of successful customers. Managing a portfolio of a few hundred customers and working directly with customers by phone and email, you will drive the success of your customers by aligning their goals. This is a hybrid position, and you will have a combination of remote work and onsite work.ResponsibilitiesAssess a customer's level of risk for retention and renewal using multiple digital assessment tools and reportsOrganize target accounts according to pre-defined priority criteriaProactively call customers that are at riskEnsure that customers drive maximum value from their investment in Autodesk Solutions, use all their licenses, identify new opportunities, ensure renewal and collaborate with other teams to ensure growth attainmentConduct outbound customer calls with a required minimum number of calls dailyUse Salesforce to document all customer opportunities and customer activityHelp customers had adopt a new features or changes in the productGuide a customer through a significant change in their use of your productYou will have a combination of remote work and onsite workMinimum QualificationsYou will need to speak fluent EnglishRelevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience2+ years of experience (individual contributor role)Understanding of customer success principles, approaches and considerationsExperience with complex customer situations, ability to navigate large organizations and gain executive level agreementExperience managing time on customer calls, troubleshooting follow ups, customer relationship management and new customer outreachConstruction software knowledge#LI-SV1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
