It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Reports to: Sr. Director, Strategic HR ProjectsYour day-to-dayCulture Development:Assess and evolve the company culture to align with business goals and employee needs.Champion the company’s culture tenets and ensure they are integrated into all aspects of the employee experience.Identify and assess opportunities to enhance leader and employee relations to foster culture activation.Employee Value Proposition (EVP):Develop and communicate a compelling EVP that attracts, engages, and retains top talent.Ensure the EVP is consistently reflected in all HR practices, policies, and employee communications.Regularly review and update the EVP to reflect changes in the organization and the external market.Employee Listening and Engagement:Design and implement ongoing employee listening strategies, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to gather insights on employee experience, satisfaction, and engagement.Analyze employee feedback and develop action plans to address key themes and drive continuous improvement in organizational culture and employee well-being.Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders to develop and implement action plans based on employee feedback and data insights, ensuring follow-through on improvement initiatives.Develop listening strategies targeted to measure employee satisfaction during milestones and points of change. Identify and design varied targeted listening and engagement initiatives through agile methodologies to measure employee satisfaction among targeted and collective employee categories.Employee Experience:Oversee the employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from onboarding to offboarding.Implement programs and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, including recognition and reward programs.Communication:Enhance internal communication strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and connected.Work with leadership to communicate the company’s vision, mission, and values effectively.Develop and implement communication plans for culture and engagement initiatives.Content Strategy:Identify and promote opportunities for staff led advocacy and storytelling to support EVP messaging.Consult on web and employer brand platform content to position community, cause, and careers at Proofpoint.Metrics and Reporting:Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to culture and employee experience.Provide regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of culture and engagement initiatives. What you bring to the teamBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in developing and implementing culture and employee engagement initiatives.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
