This team is passionate about growing role skills, improving career opportunities, and teaching others about Workday's outstanding technology.About the RoleIn this role, you will analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate solution consulting enablement programs in collaboration with subject matter experts, leaders, and key business partners. This is a fast-paced, dynamic team that is looking for someone who can build engaging learning, develop learning guidelines and frameworks, and work with senior leadership to meet the needs of our learners.Apply sound instructional design principles to produce learning curriculums and programs, including blended learning experiences (e.g. ILT, VILT, and On-Demand classroom instructor led course/webinar materials). Create solution consulting enablement tools including job aides, podcasts, videos, and interactive PDFs. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
