Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.As the IT Director of Enterprise Integrations, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of technical associates responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of our AWS integrations supporting a range of SaaS based applications as well as in-house developed solutions. This includes leading the department strategy, vision, roadmaps as well as technology selections for our integrations supporting various Business areas. Responsibilities:Establish department goals & operating plan for the support of critical business strategies.Ensure adherence to proper architecture that aligns with our Enterprise Reference Architecture & Enterprise Integration strategy.Collaborate with business-unit management as well as various IT functional leaders to assess feasibility, cost benefit, prioritization with the goal of technical debt reduction.Communicates regularly with Senior IT Leadership regarding business or technology needs, platform direction & roadmap & performance.Develop or recommend enhancements to department policies & procedure, technical/architectural standards, methods & priorities ensuring high standards and quality of the team’s deliverables.Manage performance and development of the team, mentoring and ensuring cross-team collaboration that supports our global workforce operating in various time zones.Oversees determination of scope and business requirements prior to work execution, ensuring accurate resource loading, conflicting timelines are addressed; escalating when appropriate.Establish and review of key metrics & benchmarks for deliverables as well as team execution.Oversee vendor relationships, contracts & deliverables.Ensure solutions meet our Security standards & policies while adhering to defined SLAs.Stay abreast of emerging trends with Integration technologies, drive innovation and scope potential concept initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT related field and 12+ years of relevant professional experience.AWS certification preferred.Deep knowledge of Integrations concepts, patterns, technology within the AWS platform.Deep understanding of cloud-based solution development, including containerization, configuration management, redundancy as it relates to modern integration development and architectural principles.Experienced with various integration development methodologies; component driven, single responsibility, etc.8+ years of experience leading Agile development teams, including offshore required.Ability to influence key IT & Business leaders through major transformation initiatives.Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, projects with effective communication while meeting agreed timelines and budget.Highly motivated, continuous learner who seeks to understand other points of view.Demonstrated experience in a senior technology leadership role(s) with a track record for building high performance teams.Ideally, experienced in a fast-paced SaaS business or similarly complex tech landscape.Exceptional at effectively leading change, originating ideas, and championing and gaining commitment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, articulate and effective communicator and presenter, able to describe complex problems and solutions in simple and understandable terms.Possesses mature understanding of foundational architectural concepts (design, business technology strategy, quality management, human dynamics, and IT environment).#LI-GR1#LI-Hybrid If a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
