We are looking for an extraordinary stitcher and driven individual, who will passionately bring people together, see things from a holistic view and is able to effectively manage launch planning and execution. You will work with worldwide and regional teams and ensure a timely launch across all of Apple’s finished good business. You will also provide leadership on continuous improvement to seek efficiency and effectiveness in the launch process. An extraordinary attention to detail is required as we strive to execute precisely in order to offer the best customer experience when Apple launches new products. Description Description The role represents Logistics within a cross functional program management team that covers all aspects of Apple new product introductions within operations. You will take part in the planning and execution of Apples new product introductions ensuring that launch plans and execution are meeting business objectives. Being a strong team player in a dynamic and complex environment will be key to being success in the role as you engage with large cross functional teams and leadership.
In addition the role will devise and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role will have a key contribution in the continuous improvement of how we launch product. In addition to this, the role will be involved in strategic initiatives across operations. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent. 10+ years experience in combination of logistics or project management experience with minimum 8 years of Operations experience. IT systems (SAP, WMS, TMS, EDI, etc capabilities) experience. Proficient with MS Excel and basic project planning tools. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrated sound interpersonal and effective communications skills at all levels of business communication. Facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and demonstrated success at building teams and relationships with key people in local and remote sites. Self directed and motivated with a strong sense of urgency, focus on outcomes and drive for success. Understanding of the business processes and ability to document them as needed by the project. Virtual teaming and ability of working with multi-disciplinary business groups. Proficient with MS Excel and basic project planning tools. Ability to identify potential gaps and impact to the end to end supply chain from plan changes in programs.
