Job Requisition ID #24WD78345Position OverviewThe Autodesk Consulting team is looking for someone to lead our Data-Informed Insights team within the AEC consulting group in North America. As a key member of the Consulting team within our Customer Success organization, who is equally comfortable promoting the vision of success to our customers while energizing a team of experienced professionals who are redefining the AEC industry's data strategy. The Data-Informed Insights Consulting Manager will have direct involvement in shaping how we deliver services and interface with other data and AI experts within Autodesk and beyond. You will directly manage a group of consultants and deliver data related consulting engagement for a select number of main customers. In addition to designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and media and entertainment professionals, Autodesk helps students, educators, and casual creators unlock their creative ideas through user-friendly applications.ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage a team of consultants across North America with AEC Analytics, Generative Design, and AI expertiseDemonstrate excellence in engagement planning, business process optimization, and communicationsParticipate in the thought development around new and expanded offerings as part of a comprehensive consulting delivery portfolioManage engagement schedules and staffing plans with Consulting Delivery leadershipPrepare, and manage deliverables to the customer through Consulting projectsAdvise on project estimating of proposed solutions and participate in business development activitiesMinimum QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related degree (master's degree in data analytics)Must have at least seven (7) years of hands-on experience in the AEC industry with at least three (3) years of experience working directly with BIM solutions, products, standards, and dataWill break down complex topics into a common language understandable by non-technical/business-oriented audiencesAbility to travel up to 50% of the time, including international travel. You will report into the Director of Consulting Delivery-AECPreferred QualificationsStrong knowledge of AEC industry practices, processes, and data applicationsExperience working with AEC data coming from Autodesk products to produce reports, visualizations, and recommendations, transforming data into actionable insightsKnowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning, generative design, and artificial intelligence for applications in the AEC industryAdvanced experience development and enabling BIM workflow process between architects, engineers, and contractorsExperience leveraging Autodesk products such as BIM 360/ACC (all modules), Revit, Civil3D, Autodesk Navisworks, Infraworks, Dynamo, Forma, etc.#LI-KH1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $118,100 and $191,070. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
