We would like to meet you.This role could be hybrid or remote, preference is USA, East Coast.ResponsibilitiesYou will manage the calendar for the VP, including complex calendaring, planning, scheduling, arranging travel, and creating expense reports. Clear potential scheduling conflicts and have a high degree of accountability for all actions and follow-up deadlines. You are responsive to inquiries and requests and managing expectations with a variety of partnersYou will maintain positive working relationships with staff, internal departments, and outside parties, including high-level sensitive contactsYou will partner with other EAs to coordinate among executives and manage tradeoffs and prioritizationPartner with the team to agree on operating rhythm and cadences for the Channel leadership teamSchedule, plan and coordinate team events, meetings, and multi-day meetings, including organizing logistics, on-site amenities, and activitiesWork with Accounts Payable to ensure bills are paid promptly. Be a point person for departmental purchases on behalf of your executiveProvide staff meeting support, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and distributing meeting minutes and presentations on occasionThe Ideal CandidateYou are comfortable with projects to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, looking for clarity when an obstacle is in your wayYou understand that a high-functioning team is important to successYou reach out to build productive working relationships with people across all levels, and takes a customer service orientation when supporting the teamProgram focus with project management aspectsMinimum Qualifications4-6+ years' experience providing administrative support for senior-level executivesYou have worked in complex organizations that require a variety of tasks that need to be completed in a certain time frameExpert in Mac, and Windows operating systems, and related business applications such as, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePointExcellent oral and written English language skillsTravel to events or internal meetings, domestically and internationallyMay have to work outside of working hoursLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $73,400 and $126,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
