We are looking for a Voice of the Customer Insights Analyst in our quest to uncover insights.Working within the Customer Insights and Success Experience Team, reporting to the Manager of Customer Insights, you will analyze multiple sources of customer feedback and extract relevant insights to help guide operational improvements and inform strategic decisions. This is a remote position.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer feedback, quantitative and qualitative, to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvementCreate actionable, data-driven report that inform customer experience improvements and strategic decisionsOrganize insights in a compelling manner through reports, written summaries, and data visualizationsLeverage text analytics and regression analysis when applicable to provide more comprehensive insightsDeliver compelling presentations to colleagues at all levels including senior leadershipCollaborate with other teams to identify strategies and programs based on customer feedbackStay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management and mentor colleagues on best practicesMinimum Qualifications7+ years of proven experience as a Customer Insights Analyst or in a similar roleAbility to transform Voice of Customer data into applicable insightsA bachelor's degree in marketing or market researchExperience with data analysis tools (i.e. Qualtrics)The Ideal CandidateYou have a customer mindset – you can easily put yourself in the customer's shoes and represent their point of view back to other team membersYou understand the value of collaboration – you're able to work with a variety of different team members to create agreement around common goals.You crave creative challenges – you see problems as opportunities to solve.You bring data to the debate – you love data wrangling and delving into new datasets and understand data-backed set of insights will lead to better recommendations.#LI-CL2Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $77,800 and $134,200. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
