The Apple Executive Briefing Program is a well-established sales support mechanism with facilities globally. The goal of the Briefing Program is to deliver an outstanding experience that will influence our customers to invest in Apple products and solutions. The target audience composes of key decision makers from Enterprise, Government and Education accounts. Elements contributing to a successful customer engagement include customised and personalised briefings, discussions that are interactive and relevant, sessions that include a hands-on component and technical demonstrations that highlight market-specific solutions.
This is an office based role and requires the candidate to work in Apple offices 5-days a week. Description Description As the Technical Briefing Specialist (TBS) you will play a significant role in the briefings that are delivered at the London Executive Briefing Center:
You will deliver presentations and demos and you will participate in discussions on technical topics with executives and leaders from enterprise and education institutions that are interested in Apple technologies. You are passionate about and have a deep understanding of Apple, our customer’s work environments, and Apple technologies. You are an engaging communicator who is able to identify with the needs of the audience and establish a connection that will help move the business relationship forward. You have the ability to convey technical concepts in a meaningful way to non-technical audiences.
You will be comfortable interfacing with Apple VPs, sales teams and Apple partners, providing in-depth technical guidance and support during both the planning and execution of a Briefing. This role requires you to work closely and collaboratively with the London Briefing Consultants.
You are a creative influence within the Briefing team, providing programmatic, design and technological input during WW&EMEIA Briefing Program consultations and projects, including new builds. Your ability to successfully engage in conversations and projects with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders is vital to the success of the role and you are a key point of coordination across the many different teams involved in Briefing Program activity.
Advise on the technical set-up in the briefing rooms, support with demos, finalising keynote decks, support account teams with last minute requests and presentation rehearsals. Work with the wider EBC and Events team, various vendors and contribute to the overall exemplary customer EBC experience.
Additional Responsibilities:
Oversee EBC presentation content, ensuring that slides presented in the EBC are appropriate, up to date and consist of approved material.
Responsibility for all technical aspects of the London Briefing facility including A/V infrastructure, demonstration equipment, networks and the production equipment used for virtual engagements.
Coordinating with facilities and external vendors to ensure Briefing facilities are 100% operational.
Troubleshooting and tech maintenance on down days
