Job Requisition ID #24WD7872224WD78722 Innovation & Lifecycle Marketing Program Operations ManagerPosition OverviewAs a Program Operations Manager, you will become part of the dynamic and growing Innovation and Lifecycle Marketing team at Autodesk. This expanding team develops growth strategies throughout the company, with a focus on product-led growth (PLG) and Lifecycle Marketing (LCM).Our team collaborates across multiple functional and technical departments within Autodesk to unearth, propose, experiment, and refine go-to-market strategies that facilitate business expansion and enhance customer value.Your work setting will be primarily hybrid or remote, but we do come on-site for some meetings and offsite. You will report to the Sr. Director, Innovation Marketing.Responsibilities Managing projects from launch to their conclusion and assisting in the establishment of our team’s operational rhythmGather and analyze information from working groups and steering committees to uplevel to senior leadership to help make important decisions You will span a diverse range of projects, some technical, some cross-departmental, and focus on enhancing our team’s scalability and efficiencyProvide clear documentation and communication of results to a diverse audience of partners including C-suite executivesCollaborate on the development of, and work on a team internal communications strategyPresent organization-wide updates for major initiatives, quarterly business reviews, and corporate-level projects Organize team-level operational rhythm including all-hands meetings, leadership team meetings, and offsite agendas and pre-workYou will tracking complex volumes of program-related details, managing with teams across multiple sitesYou will use your leadership and collaborative skills, working in a matrix structure and the ability to sway opinions at every levelYou will be a strategist and a tactician– you will engage on the most important, strategic and conceptual matters facing the our decisions and priorities, and translate them into action plans that can result in tangible valueYou will be a master of complex project management with attention to details, multi-threaded execution, using your operational skills on each action itemAnticipate, recognize, and work through resistance or setbacks independently. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $76,100 and $111,650. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
