Job Requisition ID #24WD77987Strategy & Strategic Partnerships @ Autodesk The Strategy & Strategic Partnerships team for Autodesk Education Experiences leads the company-wide education strategy and manages our most important education partnerships that allow Autodesk to grow its impact in education. Our strategy uses the entire Autodesk product portfolio, offered for free, to the education community. This offering is designed to position Autodesk as the trusted partner in design and make education, help prepare students for future jobs, and shape the future of the industries we serve.This role can be fully remote.Position Overview This offers you the opportunity to lead high-profile strategic partnerships important to our long-term growth and influence strategies by ensuring students are prepared for jobs of the future.The Business Development Manager will remove blockers and develop networks across our partnerships (from educators to the C-suite) to influence future partnership initiatives. You must be equally comfortable at an event booth with faculty and students discussing our technology as you are in a small meeting influencing non-profit, government, and industry leadership. You will be an advisor to Education Strategy leadership by bringing a field perspective. You can spot strategic opportunities, demonstrate the value of our offerings, and drive passion and momentum to scale Autodesk's impact on preparing students for the future of work.This is a critical role on the Education team responsible for implementing a clear vision of the ideal partnership model and thus allowing Autodesk to be seen globally as a leader in education and workforce development.Responsibilities Influence and work with top strategic partners (eg. SkillsUSA) to develop and manage Autodesk offerings that help drive adoption of Autodesk products in schools and position Autodesk as a thought leader in educationCollaborate with Autodesk Government Affairs team and help drive the future direction of Autodesk Education in partnership with select states' Departments of EducationDevelop program plans and execute against them, monitor business performance against the plansCollaborate extensively with marketing to ensure capture stories of impact and position our partnerships to create powerful stories and contentMinimum Qualifications 5+ years experience in partnership management, business development, or education leadershipDeep experience with customers in the education, non-profit, technology, or government sectorsExperience interacting with high-level stakeholders (faculty, administrators, policymakers, industry leaders)Ability to build relationships and trust, externally with our Strategic Partners and internally with our Leadership TeamComfortable presenting to executive audiences and large groups of stakeholdersAdept at strategic prioritizationTravel required (up to 30%)Preferred Qualifications Domain knowledge of Career & Technology Education (CTE), any of our industries, and cloud or SaaS technology a bonus#LI-TG1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $121,800 and $197,120. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
