We are currently recruiting a HRIS Analyst to join our Global People Production Support team to partner with our People and Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) teams to optimize and support critical People systems. This is an exciting role to join a growing, dynamic and focused team within the business. The People Production Support team provides business analysis, configuration and support for People systems worldwide. Working with end-users, IT professionals, People professionals and partners within People Services and Technology, the team provides troubleshooting and resolution support for People systems. Description Description - Receives incidents and critical issue requests from People Support, People Operations, Compensation Services, Recruiting Support, IS&T or end-users
- Manages configuration projects and collaborates with multi-functional partners to develop operational processes to support Apple policies
- Provides technical advice and solutions as it relates to configuration by evaluating system workflows and processes
- Analyzes production support incidents, processes and system changes to proactively identify trending issues
- Supports writing & maintaining provisioning guidelines, establishing permission roles and granting appropriate access & permissions to People systems
- Completes ongoing system audits related to access & permissions to ensure accuracy of data & security
- Responds to or raise issues to IS&T
- Owns resolution of each case, collaborating with IS&T, People Team, Compensation Services or third-party vendors
- Participates in user acceptance testing for upcoming system releases and root cause technical fixes to incidents raised to IS&T
- Participates in project lifecycle landmarks such as design playbacks, knowledge transfers and support readiness planning
- Monitors and reports on case metrics - case volume, closure rate, backlog aging and works with IS&T to ensure timely, effective and efficient resolution outcomes
- Facilitates conversations with People Team to refine business requirements for system configuration
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 3+ years experience in Technical Support, Shared Services or other highly technical work environment Sufficient technical, process management & project management experience Previous experience with MacOS or have a strong desire to learn Knowledge management system experience You ideally have experience with Workday and ServiceNow knowledge, or have experience with other enterprise HR systems (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, etc) You have exceptional communication skills, both in composing thoughtful written communication and sharing complex information verbally You can navigate highly complex business needs without a clearly defined path and where you see a need, you bring a well considered solutions You are innovative in configuring & enhancing technology to evolve business rules and processes You possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to quickly understand data, empowering you to propose credible business or process improvements, which in turn will drive positive change You have the ability to work multi-functionally in a complex and dynamic team environment, be diplomatic and influence partners and international teams Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements More Apple is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
