Your Key Responsibilities Would Include:Deal with Site Services Helpdesk tickets related to HVAC, security, technical, etc.Organize office layout; manage office supplies and equipment purchasing, raise purchase orders, submit payment requests and ensure all payments follow the company’s policies and processes, as well as are paid on time.Follow up with new hire access requests include site services related induction, cubicle readiness, helpdesk closure, etc.Manage office supplies, facilities and equipment, overseeing maintenance, repairs, renovations and procurement needs to support daily operations and business needs and ensure office operates smoothly and safely.Manage and review vendor contracts; negotiate price and terms & conditions with office vendors, service providers and landlord; ensure that all contracts are renewed on time.Liaise with vendors, including office lease, catering, etc.Supervise facilities staff and external contractors (receptionist, cleaners, guard, etc.).Coordinate with global security team for ID/access card issuance, gate pass, tickets, etc.Coordinate with the finance, TL9K & ISO external audit team to fulfill audit requests.Budget annual operating and capital expenditure and manage the actual expenditure.Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.Run or maintain various reports such as electrical consumptions matrices, safety and security training report, contracts master checklist.Work with global EHS team as a local coordinator for EHS initiatives, ensure health and safety standards are met.Coordinate Fire Drill/First Aid and CPR training on yearly basis.Lead and manage local projects as assigned.Education & Experience Necessary For Success:Bachelor degree in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field.More than 5 years of solid experience in facility management, preferably with experience in laboratory management.Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practicesKnowledge of basic accounting and finance principlesProactive, self-motivated and able to work in a team environment.Good in both written and spoken EnglishKnowledge of CADD is a plus.Infinera is an equal opportunity employer.
