Your tomorrow looks bright at Ubiquity.Your Role:Job Description:Key Responsibilities:● Manage ledger control and ensure the financial records are maintained correctly.● Preparation and management of bank reconciliations day to day basis.● Conduct payroll reconciliation to ensure accuracy in employee payments.● Control employee expenditure and assist in management of employee expenses reporting.● Provide support for accounts payable/accounts receivable and other accounting operations.● Assist in revenue reconciliations, invoicing procedures and invoicing to the clients.● Actively participate in communication with internal departments and stakeholders.● Assist in preparation and reconciliation of various internal and external reporting.● Help establish and maintain internal controls.● Assist with the transition from QuickBooks and Xero to Sage Intact within the next 6 to 12 months.● Undertake additional non-routine tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.Preferred Qualifications:● Proven experience in accounting, with a preference for those who have worked in professional services or have familiarity with a similar billing model (time and materials / fixed price / retainer).● Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and an openness to learn and transition to Sage Intact.● Excellent organizational and time management skills.● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all financial documentation.● Amenable to work on Eastern Standard TimeReporting Structure:This position will report directly to our Finance Manager, who will also be the decision-maker for this hire.What we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
