You will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement solutions that improve our system's stability and operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of both software development and systems operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and operate distributed systems softwareDebug software issues and conduct root cause analyses (RCAs)Collaborate with engineering teams to discuss and implement technical solutionsMonitor and manage system performance using modern observability tools Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or ChefManage and deploy applications in Kubernetes environmentsAutomate operational tasks to enhance system reliability and scalabilityRequired Experience1+ years of experience in programming and/or operating distributed systems software1+ years of experience programming in one or more modern programming languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, Java, or .NET1+ years of experience debugging software issues and performing root cause analyses (RCAs)Ability to break down and discuss technical issues and solutions with non-technical team membersExperience with modern observability stacks like Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Datadog, SplunkExperience with any IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef Familiarity with Kubernetes for managing and deploying containerized applicationsPreferred QualificationsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
