We’re the Support Programs Quality Assurance (SPQA) team, and our mission is to provide outstanding automated and manual testing for the tools and applications that enable AppleCare to deliver outstanding support to customers. SPQA is looking for a Quality Engineer to support testing and identifying issues of pre-release software. As a member of SPQA you will have a unique opportunity to drive the quality of applications and workflows used within AppleCare. Description Description As a member of SPQA, you will play an important role ensuring AppleCare related applications and workflows meet quality standards during pre-release testing and post-release validations. Your ability to design and implement test plans, lead testing efforts, tackle issues, identify defects, and provide clear risk assessments to the project team is key to success in this role. You will have strong critical thinking skills, and value communication and collaboration as part of a global cross-functional team.
