We are seeking a hardworking and results-focused Pedagogy Program Manager to join the Apple Developer Academy team in Brazil! You will be a liaison for the teaching, administration and support staff at partner Academies across the region, together with the regional pedagogy manager and worldwide Apple teams. The Apple Academy Program is an innovative educational program crafted to grow learners to become world class developers proficient in multiple aspects of Coding, UI/UX, Business and Presentation Skills, Analysis, Testing and more. Description Description Assist the Apple Pedagogy Team in managing the relationships amongst all parties for all Apple Academy, Foundations and Residency projects in Brazil. Monitor and report classroom and administrative initiatives of Apple Programs in the country. Manage the communication between partners and Apple teams by acting as a liaison with all collaborators. Support Apple Programs in Brazil with development of detailed project plans. Track and report on progress of each initiative. Support the regional pedagogy manager with third parties and other Apple departments involved in Apple projects in Brazil and region, notably events such as graduations. Also assist with monthly status reports to the Apple Pedagogy Team and exploring scenarios to scale up the program's presence in LATAM. Support and act as a partner for the Academy Alumni Community (Lumny). Attend and/or host weekly/monthly project planning video conferences with various partners. Assist the regional manager during events, especially graduation events. Provide first level pedagogical support to the Academy, Foundation and Second Year Program (Residency) staff. Provide guidance and support for mentors learning about the CBL framework and pedagogical approach of the Academy that makes our program successful. Help the pedagogy team to collect, track and monitor: evidences of learning, pedagogical data, student stories, alumni career data and stories Lead the relationship between the Apple Pedagogy Team and contractors from other countries. Host and represent Apple during partners visit in our sites. Occasionally provide language translation during Apple visits or for key written documents. Be attuned to local voices and advise the Apple pedagogy team of cultural sensitivities. Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of previous experience working at university level and also managing mentors/instructors on App Development programs is required. Expertise in the Challenge Based Learning framework. Mastery in Project and Program planning, tracking and oversight. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is mandatory. Availability to travel extensively in Brazil and internationally. Prior participation in the Apple Developer Academy program is a plus. Ability to foster trust with multiple internal teams. Excellence in generating reports to senior leadership. Proven experience in Finance analysis and reporting. The position is remote, but will require frequent travels to the Apple Developers Academies in Brazil, therefore it is preferred that the candidate is located in one of the following cities: Sao Paulo, Campinas, Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia, Porto Alegre, Curitiba, Manaus, Fortaleza or Recife.
