We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!The Opportunity We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join the Digital Employee Experience team to drive deployment, governance, adoption, and success of Adobe’s Enterprise Sign and Document Cloud API products.As a core team member, you will drive Product Operations for how Adobe uses Sign and Doc Cloud API’s internally. You will also look at ways on how we can expand and connect Adobe Sign and Doc Cloud API’s to our existing Digital Workplace ecosystem of applications.You will use a data driven and customer-centric approach to balance long term strategies versus short term tactical optimization opportunities. Our ideal candidate will have a consistent record of influencing and driving execution of high-impact requirements while managing stakeholder expectations.As a Product Operations Manager, you will collaborate with Sign Engineering, Product Marketing, Support and Customer Success as well as our Product Manager. You will build strong relationships with our key Business customers who use Sign and Doc Cloud API’s today in HR, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Legal and IT. What you'll Do Ensure we manage our enterprise instance of Sign and Doc Cloud API’s to meet our technical and security standardsPartner with Product Manager to drive strategic roadmap for how we use Adobe Sign and Doc Cloud API’sDrive support strategy for internal usersProvide subject matter expertise and act as an internal consultant/evangelistExpand Customer Zero use cases to support Product, Sales and EngineeringLead internal implementations of Sign and Doc Cloud API use cases as Customer ZeroLead proof of concepts and evaluations on new emerging use cases What you need to succeed BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent with a balanced business/technical background5+ years of Product Management experience related to Enterprise ApplicationsPractical experience in Adobe Sign or other electronic signature solutionsUnderstanding of API’s and integration principalsKnowledge of Microsoft Business solutions such as Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePointUnderstanding of Sales, HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance and other Enterprise applicationsExcellent written and spoken communications skills with ability to influenceExperience with driving cross-organizational roadmap conversations to achieve a common goal at a fast paceOpportunity and affirmative action employer.
