The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and leveraging data analytics to drive strategic HR decisions. This role involves directing a team of HRIS and analytics professionals, ensuring data integrity, generating insightful reports, and developing scalable solutions to enhance HR processes. The Senior Director will collaborate with HR and IT departments to align technology with business objectives, streamline workflows, and promote data-driven culture. Strong leadership, analytical expertise, and a deep understanding of HR technologies are essential for success in this role.What you get to do:Leadership and Strategy•    Develop and execute a comprehensive people analytics and HR technology strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.•    Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR technology and analytics professionals.•    Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technology and analytics initiatives.People Analytics•    Design and implement advanced people analytics frameworks, tools, and methodologies.•    Provide insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders based on data analysis and trends.•    Oversee the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key HR metrics and KPIs.HR Technology Management•    Oversee the administration and optimization of Workday HCM and other HR technology systems.•    Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of HR data.•    Lead system upgrades, implementations, and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.Data Governance and Compliance•    Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices.•    Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and standards.•    Develop and maintain documentation for processes, standards, and best practices.Stakeholder Engagement•    Serve as the primary point of contact for HR technology and analytics inquiries and initiatives.•    Partner with IT, Finance, and other departments to align technology solutions with business needs.•    Provide training and support to HR and business users on HR technology and analytics tools.What you bring to the team:Education and Experience•    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.•    10+ years of experience in HR technology and analytics, with a focus on Workday HCM.•    Proven track record of leading large-scale HR technology projects and teams.Technical Skills•    Deep expertise in Workday HCM modules and functionalities.•    Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).•    Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and compliance standards.Leadership and Interpersonal Skills•    Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.•    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.•    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.At Proofpoint we pride ourselves on our people-centric approach to success and innovation, which extends to how we design roles within our organization and hire talent around the world.
