ResponsibilitiesLead and manage developing, validating, and maintaining software products through the complete agile software development cycle Collaborate with extended development management teams to identify, prioritize, evaluate, and deliver optimized solutions Work closely with Product management, and design teams as well as customers adopting the modernized and strategic solutions Identify and track project milestones Present clear and concise status to leadership Continuously grow the skills and experiences of the teamRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseB.E/ B.Tech in (Comp Science or relevant stream) and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 8+ years of experience.Demonstrated technical project management skillsKnowledge in Enterprise development techniquesExperience with designing and building systemsWeb development experience (HTML5, JS/TypeScript/React JS/Vue JS) Experience in development, including proficiency in at least one programming language ( preferably C#, Python ) and scripting. Database expertise, both in SQL and NoSQL databases.Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and pipelines.Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS as well as containerization and HashiCorp tools like Nomad and Terraform.Strong experience debugging complex web applications issues through code review and detailed logs Excellent communication and leading skills especially with highly technical team membersStrong communication, leadership, analysis, and priority-setting skillsAbility to foster a culture of continuous engineering improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metricsExperience with cross-site teaming and organizational managementThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
