We hold an annual Dodgeball for Charity event at our Q2 Stadium in Austin, inviting other local companies to play, and community organizations we support to raise money and awareness together.Drive the 'hands-on' execution of the test strategy and plan, including the test preparation, test case creation, execution, analysis, and reporting activities.Provide product/business expertise to drive and support the testing approachAnalyzes test results, documents issues, and resolves errors. Retest corrections to ensure that problems are resolved.Manages tasks at a project level to deliver against the plan within agreed timeframes.Ensures that test risks and issues are recorded and escalated as appropriate.Document and maintain project documentation and communicate results.Ensures adherence to testing best practices and standards.Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in (relevant degree) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.Good Hands-on Experience in SeleniumCustomer and service orientation to support interaction with team resources and clients.Performance and productivity-oriented to drive toward quality testing outcomes and results.Proactively, initiate, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with team members.Excellent communication skillDemonstrated ability to work with a variety of people and achieve resultsThis position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
