Customer Service ManagementDescription -Position Summary:The Customer Complaint Handling Team Member is responsible for handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. They will work closely with customers to understand their concerns, provide clear explanations and solutions, and ensure a satisfactory outcome.Key Responsibilities:Complaint Resolution:Handle and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or other communication channels.Analyze customer issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.Follow established complaint handling policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.Customer Communication:Effectively communicate with customers to build trust and maintain a positive relationship.Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their complaints.Listen attentively to customer concerns and ensure their issues are understood and addressed.Problem-Solving Abilities:Troubleshoot customer issues and identify solutions, working with other departments if necessary.Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the team manager or other relevant departments.Teamwork and Collaboration:Work closely with the team manager and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient complaint handling.Share knowledge and experiences with the team to promote continuous improvement.Data Entry and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and resolutions in the company's database.Provide reports and data analysis to support team performance and customer satisfaction initiatives.Professionalism and Confidentiality:Maintain a professional demeanor and represent the company in a positive manner.Adhere to data protection guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer information.Qualifications and Requirements:Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints in a calm and professional manner.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Problem-solving abilities and ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for data entry and reporting.Knowledge of customer service best practices and industry regulations is preferred.Working Conditions:Full-time position with standard working hours.Work is primarily office-based, with occasional customer visits or remote communication.Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple complaints simultaneously.Above 2~3yr work experience in customer complaint handling related field.   Native Korean for handling sensitive local customer complaints.* Persons of distinguished service to the state and their families and persons with disabilities will be given additional scores in the process according to the law** A job offerer shall notify a job applicant, before the job applicant’s hiring is determined, of his/her right to request the return of hiring documents, the method of exercising the right, the retention period of the hiring documents, the destruction of the documents after the period of filing the request, and the expenses incurred for returning the documents.
