セールオペレーション 契約およびサービスオペレーション担当Description -HPの大型印刷機に関する契約関連やサービスオペレーションなどをご担当していただきます。社内外との調整やコミュニケーション、および、信頼関係を構築できる人物を求めてます。【業務内容】デジタルプレス事業本部のビジネス全般に関する契約書類やレター等の作成および更英文契約書類の翻訳および法務部門との調整契約プロセスの管理、社内外および国内外との調整、サポート、保管業務契約に関する遠隔や対面でのお客様への説明対応オペレーションプロセスの管理やサポート、エスカレーションおよび改善提案等特定のデータ集計やツール操作を伴うビジネスサポート業務各種プロジェクト対応やレポーティングなどレターや契約書の新規作成や更新【必要とされるスキルと経験】営業、セールオペレーション もしくは サービスオペレーションの経験 ※3年以上必須契約関連業務経験印刷業界全体に関する知識・興味を持っていること海外のメンバーと技術に関し英語でのコミュニケーションをメールや会話で円滑に行うことが出来ること円滑なコミュニケーション能力、傾聴力があること新しいこと・チャレンジなことに前向きに、ロジカルな思考に基づいて自発的に必要なアクションを立案し、実行することができること高い当事者意識、何があっても諦めず責任感をもって物事に取り組むオーナーシップを持つことWord・Excel・PowerPoint等のPCスキルを持ち、お客様へご説明する実際の業務利用経験があること※グローバル組織で勤務された方を歓迎※選考は人物面重視となります【応募書類】・職務経歴書(日英)・履歴書(写真不要)#LI-PostJob Summary• This role is responsible for managing contract and service operation and executing and continuously improving sales cycle operational processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining comprehensive process documentation while ensuring compliance. The role conducts in-depth data analysis to identify improvement opportunities, generates reports for senior management, and prioritizes customer satisfaction.
