Working collaboratively with the Sales Organization, Business Management, Service, and many other key stake holders, they are supposed to drive operational excellence, customer experience and manage business continuity risks.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport different stages of the execution of communication campaigns, including (but not limited to) management of communication tools & channels.Presentations designAll Hands templatesPlan of Record (PoR)Other ad-hoc requirements by Central Team (non-sensitive)Video edition: Short trainings, recognitions, team events/celebrations.e-Newsletters layout Mockup design Central mailbox management: Read/reply or escalate e-mails received.Set up of interactive tools Surveys/forms, interactive boards and games, voting platforms…Preliminary survey data analysis for continuous improvement: Ex. All Hands surveyContent management in SharePoint / Teams Content upload, structure & maintenanceInternal: Business Management, CoE, Sales Ops – Central Teams/SPExternal: Knowledge CenterPreliminary input gathering from stakeholdersEngages with stakeholders within the rest of the team to support timely delivery of the campaigns.Quarterly (or monthly) e-news/achievementsTools updates/downtimesDKKDynamicsS4/QADPBI Dashboards & Data SourcesProcesses improvement WorkflowsSales OperationsStrategic ProjectsReview with Strategic Business Planner Communication schedule, content selection, structure and final look & feel.What are we looking for?Student currently enrolled in interactive communication bachelor.
