Graduate Digital Strategy Lead - Office Print MarketingDescription -Business environmentThe Digital Strategy Lead will ensure our customers are provided with best-in-class experiences across digital channels. This person will play a key role in assessing, understanding, and using customer data to create an online strategy that not only offers a personalized experience but leads to customer satisfaction and business growth. The Digital Strategy Lead will be overseeing the end-to-end experience of our digital channels (.com, social, apps, events, etc). This person is obsessed over customer insights; understanding the key pain points in the journey and continually pushing to make the CX more useful, accessible, and effective.Main ResponsibilitiesAssess and improve the overall digital experience based on analytics and customer insights.Manage Information Architecture (IA), organizing and structuring content so users can easily find the information they need to complete a task. Think navigation menus, search systems, and how resources are organized.Integrate SEO and SEM as an integral part of the digital strategy and manage overall performance, goals, and overall experience.Manage the entire process from initial UX strategy to implementation and testing.Responsible for mapping the customer digital experience by creating hierarchical diagrams that show how pages, social, digital channels are prioritized, linked, and labeled.Partner with our .com teams to create UX solutions and strategies that solve complex information architecture challenges.Manage and assess the customer lifecycle and the digital experience across the buying journey to ensure consistent and optimal CX.Analyze customer behavior on our online / digital platforms and craft digital experiences that resonate with the target audience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, R+D, product marketing, strategy, GTM, marcoms, .com and media teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and help guide the development process.Monitor campaign KPI's and conduct appropriate A/B testing agenda.Evaluate website performance metrics.What are we looking for?Recent Bachelor / Master’s in digital design, graphic design, visual communication, strategic web design, UX design, Digital Marketing, etc.Work experience not required, but appropriate internships related to the job content would be a plus.A real problem solver who cares deeply about what customers need. It is not enough to research customers from a distance. You need to become skilled at immersing yourself in their experiences.Comfortable with answering questions from executives, presenting in front of teams, and communicating the digital strategy.Proactive, curious, and dynamic personality: Capacity and eagerness to learn new things and be in different environments and workforces.Solid adaptability and flexibility and project management skillsCreative and international personality.SkillsSolid knowledge in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint as well as Figma, MIRO board, etc.Solid knowledge of UX design, IA, UIKnowledge of SEO and SEM a real plus.Fluent in English (native level) with good communication skills.What we offer:Opportunity to work in an international organization with colleagues coming from all over the world. Diverse, continued internal growth and career opportunities.
