This role requires a professional who can work seamlessly with our Contract Management Operations, Finance, and IT teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for authoring detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), reviewing functional specifications, and orchestrating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Teams: Work closely with Contract Management Operations, Finance, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Author BRDs: Create comprehensive and detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) to capture the needs and objectives of the business.Review Functional Specifications: Ensure that functional specifications align with business requirements and meet the necessary standards.Orchestrate UAT: Plan, coordinate, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet the business needs and are ready for deployment.Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and progress.Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the project lifecycle.Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of all processes, specifications, and testing results.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Designer.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in creating BRDs and reviewing functional specifications.Experience with UAT planning and execution.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of contract management operations, finance processes, and IT systems.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business analysis, S4 HANA – BRIM, SCM, CM, CC and CISustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
