Managed Services Channel Delivery Project ManagerDescription -Our organization:HP is accelerating on Services, with now a dedicated business unit. Our organization (Customer Support and Service Delivery) is the powerhouse behind these services.Our team (Channel Services Delivery) plays a key role in the design of these services with the Business Unit and we are responsible of developing and optimizing how they are delivered.Our jobs are exciting, and we benefit from being a group of very diverse and passionate project managers, who use deep and empathetic understanding of our customer needs and knowledge of HP operational capabilities.Job specifics/responsibilities:Our core activity is to enable services delivery capabilities to Channel. In this context we need to accelerate manages services readiness for our partners.Development of service concepts, blueprints, customer journeys and other service design artefacts. She/he is responsible for identifying, designing, implementing, and improving ITIL based delivery processes for this service.Contributing to the development of new ideas and methods. She/he works with our different operations organizations to make it happen. Shape and share channel managed services delivery vision for CS against competitors and markets. Display a high degree of business acumen to improve managed channel services delivery business frameworks, delivery mix, differentiated customer experience and cost structures to meet the competitive environment across the HP Inc. portfolio and markets.Education (degree) and professional experience required:First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred.Service background:ITIL certified.Experience in service design, alternatively service management or service operations.Experience in IT workplace services can be a plus: fleet mgt, hardware and software configuration mgtProject managementPMP certification welcomed.5+ years in project management roles, ideally with IT developments/dependencies.Cross-functional and multi-country working experience.Personal skills and qualities:Excellent Presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills and facilitation skills.Strategic thinking.
